SYARAT



Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible to provide support and repair car unit to ensure all our fleets are performing to their very best standards. Help minimize the lead time repair and  un-utilized unit in Body Paint workshop, and insurance.

The day-to-day activities:
  • Coordination with fleet partner (insurance,body paint workshop, business process outsource) to do body repair
  • Monitoring the progress of Body Repair Claim, body repair progress(Survey, SPK, Workshop progress)
  • Develop body paint workshop and operational establishment (third party and internal body paint workshop)
  • Handling Voice of Customer which deals with vehicle claim
  • Provide direction to customers (internal and external) related to claim process, body damage
  • Estimate lead time of repair body
  • Capable to propose alternate solution to reduce cost, lead time and process
  • Scheduling customer to do repair of vehicle according to claim process
  • Maintain the performance of in house Body Paint Workshop
  • Coordination to insurance to claim process

The must haves:
  • HasMinimum experience as  Body repair Senior Service advisor or workshop head/deputy in dealer, preferable in workshop body paint or Pool head car rental
  • Minimum experienced working in automotive industry i.e car rent or taxi pool or dealer more than 7 years is preferred
  • Strong technical skills, good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Has a driving license (SIM A) and know how to drive properly
  • Familiar with microsoft office (excel and word), can using function v lookup, if, pivot
  • Minimum diploma degree, preferably from automotive or STM with more than 7 years experience in dealer, car rental or taxi pool
  • Good understanding in data administration
  • Minimum certification training Toyota step 2 plus body repair
  • Minimum certification training Service Advisor team 21 or equal
  • Good knowledge in body paint process
  • Familiar with the body part, spare part catalogue, price of part, labor of maintenance, standard technic
  • Good in Bahasa
